This position involves overseeing a dedicated team of cleaning staff and ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of cleaning personnel to maintain optimal performance.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services needed, such as painting, repairs, or renovations.
- Payment Processing: Manage transactions for specialized cleaning services.
- Team Assistance: Support cleaning staff in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Scheduling: Develop and implement work schedules for cleaning staff.
Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
Employment Type: Permanent position.
Language: Proficiency in English is required.
Work Hours: Expected to work between 30 to 40 hours per week.
