About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team in Montreal (South Shore). As a Territory Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving Kellanova's retail presence and sales growth in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Kellanova's Retail Presence - You will work closely with our retail partners to understand their business strategies and targets. By doing so, you will drive and achieve distribution and speed to shelf targets, as well as incremental display objectives.
  • Promotional Execution - You will be responsible for the timely execution of promotions and shelf objectives, in accordance with banners and store planogram compliance.
  • Identify Sales Growth Opportunities - You will work collaboratively with our retail team to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop strategies to achieve them.

Requirements

  • Strong Business Acumen - You will have a deep understanding of the retail industry and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - You will be able to effectively communicate with our retail partners and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Results-Driven - You will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bilingual - You will be fluent in both French and English.
  • Valid Driver's License - You will have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel up to 35% of the time.
