Job Title: Human Resources Co-ordinator

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on human resources-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales to ensure fair and equitable compensation practices.
  • Administer benefit programs, including health and dental benefits, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee development and growth.
  • Research and recommend changes to employee benefits and health and safety practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and prepare complex reports and recommendations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a high level of attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as required.
