Validation and Verification Project Management Intern

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the Product Testing, Validation, and Verification team, you will collaborate with product development, validation, and marketing teams. In your role as a Verification and Validation project management intern, you will support V&V project managers and the Validation and Test team in ensuring our products meet the rigorous standards required for future electric vehicles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of product validation projects to align with customer timelines.
- Tracking and ensuring the timely delivery of validation inputs.
- Assisting the Laboratory Planner to enhance laboratory efficiency.
- Supporting the Laboratory Coordinator in maintaining up-to-date laboratory equipment tracking tools.
- Updating and maintaining the Design Validation Plan & Reports (DVP&R).
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for laboratory validation and testing processes.
- Contributing to the enhancement of the laboratory's catalog of test standards.
Your profile should include:
- A third-year bachelor's degree in mechanical, software, or electrical engineering, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Essential: A proactive approach and comfort in a dynamic work environment.

- Essential: Proven experience with MS Office tools.
- Asset: Experience in project management.
- Asset: Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Asset: Background in testing and validation processes.
- Asset: Knowledge of programming languages.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to document work effectively.
- Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written).
