Job Summary

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient logistics and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse performance and productivity
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory, establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Valid driver's licence and ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and manual dexterity
