You have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving growth in emerging markets. You hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, and may have also obtained an advanced degree in a similar field. Your experience in sales and leadership has prepared you to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.

Your Skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • International sales experience, with a strong understanding of global markets and cultures.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-starter attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Framatome's offerings and a strong understanding of the nuclear industry.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with international nuclear customers to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with colleagues from other Framatome business units to align the business with the company's overall strategy.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business results.
