About You

You have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and driving growth in emerging markets. You hold a degree in a technical or business discipline, and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Your Skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • International sales experience and knowledge of global markets
  • Ability to motivate and lead teams to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, and Arabic
  • Knowledge of Framatome's products and services
  • Established relationships with international customers and partners

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to join Framatome's Installed Base Business Unit as a Growth Market Sales Manager. You will be responsible for engaging with international nuclear customers to build strong relationships, identify needs, and develop opportunities for the IB-A business. You will work closely with colleagues from other Framatome business units and country managers to align the IB-A business with the overall Framatome strategy.
