Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Atlantic George Limited. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment.
  • Conduct safety and security checks to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise other workers and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
