Director, Policy

CEI Fleet Collision and Safety is seeking a seasoned leader to drive the evolution of our order processing and fulfillment function. As Director, Policy, you will lead the Acquisitions team, develop and motivate leaders, and ensure overall budget meets organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strong process controls and metrics to monitor performance and drive process improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership for the Acquisitions team and ensure performance objectives are aligned with the goals of the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and drive multi-year management and product strategies, annual budgets, financial forecasts, and analyses.
  • Define, implement, and maintain compliance and controllership standards for providing accurate information and regulatory activity for customers.
  • Coach and mentor leadership team to develop functional areas and align to Acquisitions order processing and fulfillment operations strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of general management and leadership experience in a service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodology (Six Sigma or Lean experience).
  • Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively interface with executive, senior management, customers, and team members.
