We are currently in search of a Director of Outpatient Services to lead the management and strategic direction of our outpatient programs. This pivotal role involves overseeing operational functions, ensuring clinical excellence, and spearheading marketing initiatives for our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement hospital policies and procedures.
- Evaluate compliance standards and ensure adherence across outpatient services.
- Contribute to senior management discussions regarding organizational decision-making and financial objectives.
- Drive the development of new programs to enhance service offerings.
- Provide leadership in departmental budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure quality assurance initiatives are effectively executed.
