Director of Outpatient Services Leadership

Forest View Hospital, a leading provider of psychiatric services, is seeking a highly skilled Director of Outpatient Services to lead our Outpatient Medication Management Clinic, Telepsych, IOP, Partial Hospitalization programs, and policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote outpatient services.
- Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation agencies.
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage departmental budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or RN licensed in the state of Michigan.
- 3-5 years of psychiatric experience, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple priorities.
- Ability to coach, mentor, and train staff members.
