Job Summary

Forest View Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Outpatient Services to lead our outpatient programs and services. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our outpatient clinics, ensuring high-quality patient care and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement outpatient program strategies to meet business objectives and improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Manage and oversee the operational aspects of outpatient clinics, including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of outpatient services with other hospital departments.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field, or RN licensed in the state of Michigan.
  • 3-5 years of psychiatric experience, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and train staff members.
