We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Advisor to join our team at Lexus Downtown. As a key member of our parts and service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the overall success of our dealership.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on parts availability, prices, substitutions, and inventory levels to our guests.
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure seamless operations within the parts and service departments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our guests to build trust and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive products and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of automotive products and ability to match products with customer needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License with no demerit points.
- Cantonese speaking an asset.
