Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planner to lead our regional development, analysis, communication, implementation, evaluation, and reporting efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve health outcomes in our region.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to analyze and communicate data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with regional programs, engagement, and projects teams to drive implementation and evaluation.
  • Work with centralized evaluation and planning teams to ensure alignment with our Multi-Year Health Plan.
  • Develop reports, presentations, and plans to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • 6-8 years of significant, recent, relevant, and progressive experience in management.
  • Relevant university degree in Planning or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience working with First Nations communities.
