Drive Business Growth as a Senior Commercial Banking Director at National Bank
As a Senior Commercial Banking Director, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding our portfolio of business clients. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of activities, making you the go-to resource for your clients' financial needs.
Your Responsibilities:- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within your market, actively growing your client base and developing strategic business development plans.
- Partner with clients to achieve their business objectives by proposing tailored financial strategies that leverage the Bank's diverse product and service offerings.
- Adapt and optimize financial products and advice to meet the evolving needs of your clients, ensuring they receive the most relevant and effective solutions.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for agreements with clients, while adhering to risk management standards and profitability criteria.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Vice-President to contribute to the achievement of overall team objectives.
- Work in synergy with other departments within the Bank to provide a comprehensive and seamless client experience.
You'll be part of a dedicated team of professionals within Commercial Banking and Private Banking, supporting business clients. You'll also benefit from a network of specialists, including financing solutions managers, who will collaborate with you to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients. Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the financial industry (5-9 years), commensurate with your academic background.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in analyzing financial statements.
- Experience in commercial credit assessment and risk management.
- A network of professional contacts among local medium-sized enterprises and large companies is an asset.
