We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Account Executive to join our team at Western Nissan Edinburgh Straiton. As a Sales and Account Executive, you will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets for new vehicles, used vehicles, finance, and additional products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales targets for new vehicles, used vehicles, finance, and additional products.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Carry out telephone prospecting and follow up on marketing activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles to ensure timely and efficient customer satisfaction.
- Follow internal sales procedures, including accurate recording of customer details, appraisal, and compiling and maintaining a customer base.
- Accurately appraise part exchanges to maximize sales revenue.
