Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Trilogy-Net Inc. as a key member of our financial operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management and stakeholders.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure efficient and effective financial operations.
    • Co-ordinate and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of financial projects.
  • Financial Systems and Processes
    • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and transactions.
    • Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate financial information and analysis to management and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
    • Knowledge of Quick Books and other financial software.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
