We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Resident Manager at The Taunton Apartments in Oakville, Ontario.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents. As an Assistant Resident Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, performing minor maintenance repairs, and preparing apartments for new residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
  • Performing minor maintenance repairs, such as fixing leaky faucets and replacing light bulbs
  • Preparing apartments for new residents, including cleaning and making sure everything is in working order
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with leasing suites, including showing apartments to potential residents and answering their questions
  • Responding to on-call requests, including handling emergency situations and providing support to residents

Requirements

  • Cleaning experience, including experience with cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Minor maintenance skills, including experience with basic tools and equipment
  • Customer service skills, including experience working with people and providing excellent service
  • Ability to work in a team environment, including experience working with others to achieve common goals
  • Ability to work some evening and weekends, including flexibility to work a varied schedule
