Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Resident Manager to join our team at The Taunton Apartments. As a key member of our on-site team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the property, providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, and assisting with leasing suites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators
  • Perform minor maintenance repairs and upkeep
  • Prepare apartments for new residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
  • Assist with leasing suites and responding to on-call requests

Requirements

  • Previous cleaning experience
  • Basic maintenance skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work some evening and weekends
