Job Title: Residence Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residence Coordinator to join our team at Oakville Children's Home Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and personal care
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident behavior or health
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a residential care setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • First Aid and CPR certification
