Job Title: Floor Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Floor Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Nipigon.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register and other point-of-sale systems.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by counting and stocking merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
