Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions using a cash register and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a clean and organized store environment.
  • Provide customers with product information, answer questions, and make recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
