About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Floor Sales Associate to join our team at Canadian Tire Nipigon. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels on the sales floor.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and other areas.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: Willingness to learn and train on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel.
  • Language: English (primary language).
