Facility Maintenance Attendant Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping for storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, etc.
  • Dispose of waste materials
  • Maintain and monitor cleaning supply inventory, requesting additional supplies as necessary

Facility Maintenance Attendant Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated

Work Environment:

The role involves moderate risks or discomforts requiring special safety precautions, such as working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be necessary.

Physical Demands:

The position requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, moving around outdoors, reaching for objects at varying heights, and handling equipment weighing a minimum of 50lbs, with or without assistance.
