- Manage scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
- Handle telephone communications and relay messages effectively.
- Gather and compile data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Oversee the ordering of office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems for information.
- Type and proofread various documents, including correspondence and forms.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to changing tasks.
- Highly organized with effective time management skills.
- Reliability in completing assigned duties.
- Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
