Your expertise will be essential in overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including the review, screening, and recommendation of suitable candidates for specific business lines. You will act as a strategic partner to the business units you support, spearheading key initiatives within your designated regions. Your responsibilities will include full-cycle recruiting, relationship management, job fair organization, candidate assessment, offer management, candidate sourcing, and compliance and system management. To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with exposure to operational industries preferred. You will also need to travel to all sites in your region weekly or quarterly, as business needs require. Fluency in French is a must.
