Job Summary

BDS JANITORIAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring effective use of resources and optimal results.
  • Team Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
