Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty cleaners to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cleaning schedules and procedures
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
