Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty cleaners to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed.
- Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
