Job Title: Administrative Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to join our team at Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including staff, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
