**About the Role**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant at Mountain View Christian Academy. As a key member of our support services team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to our staff and faculty, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, including preparing materials, setting up venues, and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, students, and community partners.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**
- Born Again believer with a strong commitment to the Christian faith and service in the local church.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, inclusive work environment.
- Proficiency in computer software and technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
