About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join our team at Broadwayz Trucking Inc. As an Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
    • Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide general information to clients and the public
    • Respond to telephone or electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Computer and Technology
    • Use accounting software, including QuickBooks, to manage financial data
    • Utilize MS Excel to compile and analyze data
  • Experience and Education
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
