Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and implementing system maintenance strategies
  • Preparing materials for user education
  • Actively monitoring and ensuring system performance

  • Engaging in system upgrade initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Computer Science
  • Experience with Cisco, VMware, and Palo Alto technologies
  • Familiarity with network automation tools such as Ansible and Nautobot
  • Proficiency in Python for developing automated solutions
  • Experience with IT Service Management and DevOps practices
  • Previous experience in the retail sector is preferred
  • Cisco Certification is advantageous
