About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Project Manager to join our team at INTELBROS INC. as a key member of our software development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Oversee the development of software projects from conception to delivery, ensuring they meet the required quality and functionality standards.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute software development projects, including defining project scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, support, and resources to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve technical and project-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that software products meet the required quality standards, including testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in software development project management, with a strong background in software development methodologies and tools.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in software development tools, including Agile project management methodologies, version control systems, and testing frameworks.
