About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Project Manager to join our team at INTELBROS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of software developers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software development activities are carried out in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are managed.
  • Reporting: Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders, including project progress, issues, and risks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in software development project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of software developers. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
