Technical Leadership Opportunity

At CARFAX, we're seeking a skilled Software Development Manager to lead our Data, AI & ML team. As a key member of our tech organization, you'll be responsible for building high-performing teams and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and lead a team of Software Engineers and QA Engineers to deliver machine learning initiatives
  • Establish clear goals and objectives that align with department and corporate strategies
  • Provide continuous feedback and coaching to engineers through regular 1-on-1 meetings
  • Develop self-organizing and self-directing teams that practice Agile Development methodologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams using Agile methodology
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or equivalent
  • Background in building/designing scalable enterprise software
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Proven track record of cross-functional project delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
