Job Description

The Opportunity:

WSP is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Electrical Engineering - Renewables to join our ERI (Energy, Resources, Industry) team, based in our Quebec City or Montreal Offices in Quebec. This position will oversee a team of engineers and technicians across Canada responsible for the development and implementation of renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies for renewable energy project development and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical engineering and project management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
