About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Disaster Recovery to join our team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our ITSM and Disaster Recovery Operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of disaster recovery procedures and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery procedures and tools to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of services proposed by the team and assess the impact on their evolution
  • Provide leadership in terms of continuous improvement for all of the team's processes
  • Ensure the evolution of processes and practices to keep pace with changes in technology, business, and regulations
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with IT and BCM stakeholders to influence them to maximize and optimize disaster recovery capabilities
  • Manage, coach, and mobilize a dynamic team of professionals

About the Team

You will be part of a team of 4 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director ITSM and DR Operations. Our team is passionate about disaster recovery and has a strong team spirit. We prioritize continuous learning and offer flexibility in work arrangements to promote a good work-life balance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and five years of relevant experience or Master's degree related to the IT business sector and three years of relevant experience
  • Experience in personnel management in a continuous coaching mode
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Knowledge of Jira, desirable
  • Knowledge in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery, desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in the field of cloud technology, desirable
