Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned product leader to drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for one of our financial product verticals. As Head of Product, you'll partner with our Business and Strategy teams to define the product roadmap, approve high-level requirements, and build a high-performing team of product managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business and Strategy teams to define the product vision and roadmap
  • Approve high-level requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers
  • Develop a deep understanding of our financial product stack
  • Lead product development with engineering, product marketing, UX research, and product design teams
  • Participate in budget management and annual budget process
  • Communicate ongoing developments and gather feedback from stakeholders
  • Evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to identify strategies and trends
  • Engage with third-party banking and technology partners
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working with software products
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of product managers
  • Prior start-up or product experience, systems or engineering background
  • Experience with digital technologies, financial products, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
  • Take ownership of work and outcomes with a passion for building world-class products and teams
  • Desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on feedback
