Your Role

As the Electrical Operations Manager based in North Vancouver, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, encompassing sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory management. You'll provide guidance, training, and coaching to all branch staff to ensure seamless execution.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the hiring, training, and supervision of all personnel to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Manage the branch's profit and loss statement, overseeing budgets, expenses, and inventory to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, promoting brand recognition, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing the customer experience while upholding our corporate image.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years of demonstrated supervisory and sales experience.
  • Proven ability to provide an excellent customer service experience.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Solid team and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized and excellent interpersonal skills.
