About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Alpine West Systems Electrical. As a key member of our engineering services team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign electrical projects to engineers or other technical workers and ensure timely completion.
  • Consult with clients to determine project needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Direct and control daily operations, including staff management and training.
  • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements as needed.
  • Review electrical projects to approve or recommend changes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for electrical work and ensure adherence to company standards.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
