Job Summary

Natures Path Foods is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our technical team and drive the development of our IT infrastructure. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implementation: Develop and implement IT infrastructure strategies to support business growth and objectives.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee and optimize on-premise servers, networking equipment, and data storage solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Cloud Services: Manage cloud services, including Azure and M365, to ensure integration and performance align with business needs.
  • Helpdesk Management: Supervise the helpdesk team to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the organization's data and infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure team, fostering a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategies for IT infrastructure to support organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (7+ years) in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on cloud services, on-premise servers, and cybersecurity.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Azure, M365, networking, and server management. Demonstrated experience in managing helpdesk operations and team leadership. In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Certifications: Advanced certification such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
  • ITIL Experience: Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What We Offer

Natures Path Foods offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development. This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ in Richmond, BC, with a salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 and a 15% bonus.
