Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to emergencies in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor site visitors and perform ID checks to ensure the security and integrity of our facilities.
  • Prevent theft, violence, and infraction of rules and regulations.
  • Effectively communicate all suspicious activities and concerns to our dispatch team.
  • Prepare and maintain professional reports regarding security violations and hazardous occurrences.
  • Regularly patrol facilities to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.

Requirements

  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including report writing.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, professional demeanor, and deportment.
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and respond to emergencies under pressure.
  • Discretion when handling confidential and private information.
  • Physical ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to pass a security clearance and obtain a security license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and of legal age.

Certification Requirements

Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
