Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor for our National Fleet, responsible for overseeing the logistics and transportation operations within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fleet Oversight: Manage the daily functions of our vehicle fleet to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Guarantee that all vehicles are maintained in excellent condition, adhering to safety regulations through regular inspections and necessary repairs.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a team of drivers, focusing on their recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance assessments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance operational efficiency, minimize costs, and boost productivity.
  • Safety Programs: Create and implement safety initiatives for drivers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize data analytics to identify areas for enhancement and spearhead performance improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Extensive knowledge of fleet management practices, vehicle upkeep, and safety protocols.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and motivating a team.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and operational optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Relevant certifications in Transportation and Logistics (CTL) or equivalent are advantageous.
