About the Role

Vitalyse Clinic Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the allocation of resources to implement business strategies
    • Authorize and establish major departments and senior staff positions
    • Establish financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations
  • Communication and Representation
    • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
    • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees and working groups
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
    • Develop and implement performance improvement plans
    Requirements
    • Education and Experience
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      • 5 years or more of experience in a senior leadership role
    • Skills and Competencies
      • Excellent leadership and strategic planning skills
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
    • Computer and Technology Knowledge
      • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
      • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a large workload

      • Excellent written and oral communication skills
