About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Nexus Systems Group Inc. as a key member of our Business Systems Analysis team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and implementation of system enhancements.
  5. Business Analysis: Conduct business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements that align with business objectives.
  6. Requirements Documentation: Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive requirements documentation to ensure effective communication with stakeholders and development teams.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis, with a focus on process improvement and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Tools: Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile project management methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial Services Experience: Experience working in the financial services industry, with a focus on business systems analysis and process improvement.
