Pet Care Services Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pet Care Services Manager to join our team at West Vancouver Veterinary Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality pet care.
  • Pet Care and Wellness: Care for pets, plan and organize daily operations, and maintain and order supplies to ensure a clean and safe environment for our furry friends.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with our clients.
  • Experience and Education: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in pet care or a related field, and a certificate or diploma in a relevant field.
