- Plan and control budgets and inventory to ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional pet care.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and order supplies to ensure a smooth operation of our pet care services.
- Care for pets in a safe and healthy environment.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a related field.
- Dental plan.
- Group insurance benefits.
- Permanent work term.
- English as the primary work language.
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
