- Address Customer Complaints and Concerns: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain and Order Supplies: Maintain and order supplies to ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available.
- Care for Pets: Provide exceptional care for pets, including feeding, grooming, and administering medication as needed.
- Plan, Organize, Direct, Control and Evaluate Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of pet care services.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
- Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills and time management.
