About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Support Specialist to join our team at BSC Enterprises Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced hospital/medical facility or clinic environment.
  • Accompany patients on outdoor recreational activities and ensure their safety and well-being.
  • Take patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Transport patients between care facilities and ensure their safe transfer.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and maintain a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
